What will I get out when I make a vault withdrawal?

You will always withdraw the token type that you deposited and $BELI token itself, because at Beli Finance you earn what you stake. You will get the amount you deposited plus the yield generated minus the vault withdrawal fees.

What happen if $BELI reach hard cap supply?

Long term $BELI holders will have more benefits since the token will become more scarce over time. No $BELI token can be minted after reach hard cap.
